The master plan integrates commercial, hospitality, recreational, cultural, and public open spaces, creating a seamless connection between the city and the waterfront while enhancing accessibility, tourism, and economic growth.
Designed with sustainability and resilience in mind, the proposal incorporates landscaped promenades, waterfront dining, retail precincts, public parks, event spaces, marina facilities, and pedestrian-friendly streetscapes. The development celebrates Lautoka's coastal character while providing a modern, world-class waterfront that supports community engagement, leisure, and long-term urban growth.
