The Ba Riverside Precinct Master Plan is a transformative mixed-use development aimed at revitalizing Ba Town’s riverside area. Completed in 2021 with a budget of 15 million FJD, this project envisions a dynamic space that integrates residential, commercial, and recreational zones, designed to enhance both the aesthetic appeal and economic vitality of the area.
TropicX Design Studio led the architectural efforts, creating a sustainable and accessible design that promotes community engagement and economic growth. The project features modern infrastructure with an emphasis on environmental stewardship, reinforcing Ba Town’s role as a vibrant, forward-looking community.
